As a board member of The American Cancer Society who has been organizing food service for its Annual Gala (and other non-profit events) for years, Laura understands how to put together stellar culinary events. Most importantly, as a long-time advisor to the hospitality industry, she’s held in high esteem by all who know her.

While at Harvard Business School, Evan helped launch StarChefs, a B2B trade publication that has moved the industry forward for 25+ years. Honoring top talent through its Rising Stars program, which also recognizes culinary professionals who impact the industry and see beyond the four walls of their business, Evan has developed deep relationships promoting the vanguard of the national restaurant community. He has advised many of the industry’s foremost food and beverage brands as well as several countries on how to do the same. His leadership organizing hundreds of elevated culinary events across the country and overseeing The International Chefs Congress, a premier annual gathering of thought leaders, make him a valuable resource and collaborator.
